Refund, Returns, Replacements & Cancellations
Due to nature of mangoes we don’t accept returns of mangoes, but;
We do accept refunds, replacements & cancellations under special conditions which are mentioned below but not limited to it.
Cancellations
Once order placed can be cancelled if:
1. Order has not been been dispatched from farm or from our warehouse
*Once Order, Dispatched Cancellations Can Not Be Made.
INSTANT Refunds
We do Initiate Instant refunds either complete or partial from our side if:
1. Our Mangoes doesn’t reach you
2) if mangoes are damaged, box is empty or you get rotten mangoes.
3. If your cancellation is successful.
*No refunds will be initiated if Mangoes reaches you at Delayed time than expected arrival date/time.
*No refunds will be made if you don’t like the taste of our Mangoes
*We instantly initiate refund from our side but we do not guarantee to make it instant at any or everytime, it may take a week or so to reflect in your account.
Returns & Replacement
We do generally accept Replacements but only in certain scenarios ( like if there’s something wrong from our side )
No returns or replacements if you don’t like taste of our Mangoes
Replacements can be made wherever refunds can be made.
Availing / Claiming of Refunds, Returns, replacements & Cancellations
Refunds, replacements, returns & cancellations will only be Initiated if applicable & Availed if a complaint is raised within 8-12 hrs of delivery with a video proof of Mangoes ( first time unboxing video ) along with the issue note & order id number if is communicated to us via any means of contact i.e Contact Number, Mail, Whatsapp, or simply reaching out to us at our office at business hours).
Refunds, returns, replacements & cancellations will not be initiated before investigation for the claim first.
Notes: Order id number is always sent to your mailbox post order placing.
